Ingredients

1 tomato, diced
1/3 cup (75 mL) diced red onion
2 tbsp (25 mL) chopped fresh chives
1 tsp (5 mL) granulated sugar
1 tbsp (15 mL) red wine vinegar

Instructions

  1. In bowl, stir together tomato, red onion, chives, vinegar and sugar. Serve with PC Thick & Juicy Yellowfin Tuna Burger. Makes about 1-1/3 cups (325 mL).
