1 ready to use 9-inch (23 cm) chocolate pie shell
3 cups (750 mL) PC Loads of Chocolatey Peanut Butter Treats Ice Cream
1/3 cup (75 mL) PC Old Fashioned Dark Chocolate Ice Cream and Dessert Topping
½ cup (125 mL) unsalted peanuts, roughly chopped


  1. Place pie shell in freezer for 20 minutes. Measure ice cream into a bowl; place in the refrigerator to soften for 15 minutes.
  2. Using rubber spatula, mash ice cream until smooth. Scrape into chilled pie shell. Smooth top. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  3. Spread chocolate sauce over top of pie. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with peanuts, slice and serve.
