1 cup (250 mL) PC Mango Chunks
2 tbsp (25 mL) PC Manuka honey
1-1/3 cups (325 mL) PC 0% Greek Yogurt- Plain
1 cup (250 mL) PC Blue Menu Omega-3 Almond Vanilla Granola


  1. Let mango stand at room temperature for 10 minutes. Roughly chop the mango. Stir honey into yogurt.
  2. Into four 1 cup (250 mL) glasses, layer half of yogurt, all of mango, half of granola, remaining yogurt and remaining granola.
