1 pkg (180 g)	PC Blue Menu Deluxe Cheddar Macaroni and Cheese Dinner
8	PC Blue Menu Chicken Strips
1/4 cup (50 mL)	PC Fresh Churned Butter - Salted
1 cup (250 mL)	PC Tre Formaggi Shredded Italian Cheese
1/2 cup (125 mL)	2% milk

Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C). Spray 8-inch (2 L) square glass baking dish with PC Blue Menu Canola Oil Cooking Spray. Remove chicken strips from freezer.
In large saucepan of boiling, salted water, cook macaroni for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until tender. Drain; return to pan. Add milk, butter and cheese preparation. Stir until sauce is smooth. Transfer to prepared baking dish. Cut chicken strips in half; place on top of macaroni mixture. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Bake uncovered in center of oven for 15 to 16 minutes or until cheese is golden. Serve with PC Organics Baby-Cut Carrots and PC Tomato Ketchup, if desired.

Substitute PC Deluxe White Cheddar Macaroni & Cheese Dinner, if you have it on hand.
