A great, year-round, one-bite canapé. If blue cheese is not your favourite, a nice aged Cheddar would work just was well with these flavours.

24 PC Mini Crisp & Thin Six Garden Vegetable Crackers
2 tbsp (25 mL) PC MEMORIES OF Tuscany Balsamic Vinegar & Fig Sauce
75 g (2 ½ oz) PC Blue Cheese , cut in 24 bite-size pieces
1/4 cup (50 mL) walnut pieces
8 large seedless red grapes, each cut in 6 thin slices

Instructions

  1. Place crackers flat on work surface. Place a small dollop of Memories sauce on each cracker. Top with a piece of blue cheese, two slices of grape and a piece of walnut. Transfer to serving platter.
