Pot de crème is a barely set, creamy French custard served in small dishes. Traditionally it is thickened with eggs and baked in a water bath, but we’ve “cheated” by using Devon custard, eliminating the baking step.

Made with our cantuccini instead of the usual ladyfinger biscuits, this tiramisu is creamy, with crunch from the nuts in the cookies.
Too Good to be Low Fat Chocolate Orange Blancmange
A very British dessert, blancmange is usually made from milk, sugar, vanilla and cornstarch resulting in a white (blanc) pudding. Our blancmange may not be very blanc, but it is very delicious and low fat to boot.
