A very British dessert, blancmange is usually made from milk, sugar, vanilla and cornstarch resulting in a white (blanc) pudding. Our blancmange may not be very blanc, but it is very delicious and low fat to boot.

Strawberry Dulce de Leche Trifle
Trifle is always a popular holiday dessert- it feeds a crowd and is made well ahead of time, with no last minute preparation. Frozen berries are an economical alternative to the usual fresh berries- and they are always ripe.
These are delightful served slightly warm with pre-dinner cocktails. Slice and bake as your dinner guests arrive. And your house will smell great!
This cold dessert soup can also be used as a sit down first course- very refreshing in the summertime. Thanks to the use of our always-ripe frozen strawberries, you can make it year round.
A decadent treat that’s easier to make at home than you might think. Warning- it is messy!
Chocolate Pots de Creme
Pot de crème is a barely set, creamy French custard served in small dishes. Traditionally it is thickened with eggs and baked in a water bath, but we’ve “cheated” by using Devon custard, eliminating the baking step.
Holiday Truffle Fudge
This cross between fudge and a chocolate truffle is pretty on a dessert tray, and makes a great gift.
Perfect Picnic Green Bean and Potato Salad
Adding the vinegar-based dressing to just-boiled potatoes lets the potatoes soak up all the flavour. Eat warm right after making, or chill and pack for a picnic- no spoiled mayo to worry about!
Made with our cantuccini instead of the usual ladyfinger biscuits, this tiramisu is creamy, with crunch from the nuts in the cookies.
