1 pkg (200 g) PC Mini Chefs Cha-Cha-Cheesy Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
1/4 cup (50 mL) PC Blue Menu Celeb Margarine - Original
3 tbsp (45 mL) PC Tomato Ketchup
4 eggs
1/4 cup (50 mL) 2% milk
1/2 cup (125 mL) no name Frozen Green Peas
1/2 cup (125 mL) diced ham (about 3 oz/90 g)
1/2 cup (125 mL) shredded no name Mild Cheddar


  1.  Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray 9-inch round (1.5 L) metal cake pan with PC Blue Menu Canola Oil Cooking Spray.
  2. In large bowl, beat eggs together. Set aside.
  3. In saucepan of boiling salted water, cook Cha-Cha-Cheesy macaroni for 5 minutes. Drain. Return to saucepan. Stir in Celeb, milk and Cha-Cha-Cheesy cheese preparation until smooth. Stir in peas and ham. Add to beaten eggs; stir to combine. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Bake in centre of oven for 23 to 25 minutes or until set at the centre. Cut into 6 wedges. Drizzle each wedge decoratively with ketchup, about 1-1/2 tsp (7 mL) ketchup per wedge.

Chef's Tips

Omit ham, if you prefer.
