Ingredients

1 cup (250 mL) PC Blue Menu Fortified Soy Beverage - Original chilled
1/4 cup (50 mL) PC 100% Pure Maple Syrup
10 oz (300 g) silken tofu
1 ripe banana, peeled

Instructions

  1. In blender, combine tofu, soy beverage, banana and maple syrup. Purée until smooth, about 1 minute.
