1 cup (250 mL) finely crushed PC Organics 7 Reasons Multigrain Cereal
1/4 cup (50 mL) PC Organics Whole Wheat flour
1/4 cup (50 mL) PC Organics All Purpose Flour - Unbleached
1/4 cup (50 mL) packed brown sugar
1 tsp (5 mL) cinnamon
1/4 cup (50 mL) PC Blue Menu Celeb Margarine - Original
1 tub (600 g) PC Organics Canadian Wild Blueberries
2 tbsp (25 mL) PC Organics All Purpose Flour - Unbleached
2 tbsp (25 mL) packed brown sugar
3 tbsp (45 mL) fresh lemon juice


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Spray 8-inch (2 L) square glass baking dish with PC Blue Menu Canola Oil Cooking Spray.
  2. In large bowl, stir together cereal, whole-wheat flour, 1/4 cup (50 mL) all purpose flour, 1/4 cup (50 mL) brown sugar, cinnamon and margarine until mixture is crumbly.
  3. In separate bowl, toss blueberries with remaining flour. Stir in remaining brown sugar and lemon juice. Turn into prepared pan. Sprinkle evenly with cereal mixture.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until golden and bubbly. Let rest 15 minutes before serving.
  5. If desired, serve with PC Blue Menu French Vanilla Fat Free Yogurt.
