2 racks pork back ribs (each 1 1/4 lb/625 g)
1 1/4 cups (300 mL) PC MEMORIES OF Dad's Grill, Maple, Apple & Beer Sauce
Half lemon


  1. Put ribs and lemon in large saucepan and add cold water to cover. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer over medium heat for 1 hour.
  2. Preheat barbecue to medium.
  3. Drain ribs. Brush both sides with 1 cup (250 mL) of the Memories sauce. Place on greased grill; cook for 9 to 11 minutes per side or until glazed and grill-marked. Remove from grill. Brush with remaining sauce.
