1 cup (250 mL) shredded low fat mozzarella cheese
1 PC Thin Pizza Crust
1 tomato, thinly sliced
Half sweet green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup (50 mL) crumbled light feta cheese
1/4 cup (50 mL) sliced, drained PC Super Colossal Pitted Black Olives


  1. Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C).
  2. Sprinkle mozzarella over crust. Arrange tomatoes on top. Sprinkle with green peppers, feta and black olives.
  3. Bake directly on oven rack in centre of oven for 12 to 14 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden. Cut into four slices.

Chef's Tips

For a treat, try with PC French Feta or PC Goat’s Milk Feta in Brine; fat and calories will be slightly higher. PC French Feta is not vegetarian; PC Goat’s Milk Feta in Brine is rennet-free.
