What kid doesn’t like pizza? A perfect after-school snack that’s low in fat. Pack a few in the backpack for lunch.

Additional Information


  1. Preheat oven to 400° F (200° C). Spray two 12-cup muffin tins with PC Canola Oil Cooking Spray.
  2. Mix muffins according to package directions. Place 1 heaped tbsp (15 mL) batter in each muffin cup. Top each with 1 tbsp (15 mL) pasta sauce. Sprinkle tops evenly with cheese.
  3. Bake in centre of oven for 12 to 14 minutes or until cheese starts to turn golden. Cool in tin on wire rack.
