Ingredients

1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
1/4 tsp (1 mL) freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup (125 mL) no name Sour Cream
2 tbsp (25 mL) chives fresh, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. In bowl, stir together sour cream, chives, salt and pepper. Serve with baked potatoes or potato skins. Makes about 1/2 cup (125 mL).
