This bruschetta is reverse because you dip the bread into the topping instead of spooning the topping onto the bread.

1 jar (410 mL) PC Tomato Basil Bruschetta Topping
1 pkg (175 g) PC Garlic and Herb Crumbled Goat's Milk Feta Cheese
2 tbsp (25 mL) chopped fresh basil


  1. Preheat broiler to high. 
  2. In 9-inch (23 cm) glass pie plate, stir together bruschetta topping and half of feta. Sprinkle remaining feta over top. Broil 9-inches (23 cm) under broiler for 5 minutes or until hot and bubbling.
  3. Sprinkle with chopped basil. Serve with toasted baguette slices for dipping.

Chef's Tips

Stir 3 chopped plum tomatoes into the bruschetta topping-feta mixture before sprinkling with remaining feta.

To toast sliced baguette, place on wire rack set over baking sheet. Bake in centre of 400°F (200°C) oven for 5 minutes or until toasted.
