1 pkg (150 g) PC Italian Diced Pancetta
2-½ cups (625 mL) PC Splendido Rotini
1 cup (250 mL) PC Organics Grape Tomatoes , cut in half
½ cup (125 mL) PC Feta Cheese & Roasted Red Pepper Dip
¼ cup (50 mL) sliced green onions


  1. In small frying pan, cook pancetta over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes or until golden and crisp. Transfer to paper towel-lined plate. Discard fat in pan.
  2. In large saucepan of boiling salted water, cook pasta for 9 to 10 minutes or until tender but firm. Drain, reserving ½ cup (125 mL) of the cooking water.
  3. Return drained pasta to saucepan. Stir in reserved cooking water, pancetta, grape tomatoes, dip and green onions. Cook over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through. Serve immediately, sprinkled with additional sliced green onions, if desired.
