Ingredients

3 tbsp (45 mL) no name Spreadable Cream Cheese
4 tsp (20 mL) PC Blue Menu Twice The Fruit Spread - Berries of the Woods
4 slices whole wheat bread, crusts removed
1 banana

Instructions

  1. In bowl and using fork, mash cream cheese with spread.
  2. Place bread slices on work surface. Using rolling pin, flatten. Divide cream cheese mixture among bread slices, spreading whole surface.
  3. Peel banana. Cut in half lengthwise, then cut each half in half lengthwise to make 4 long pieces. Place a banana piece on edge of each bread slice. Roll banana in bread. Skewer with a toothpick, or wrap each roll individually in plastic wrap and twist ends.

Substitute another variety of PC Blue Menu Twice the Fruit Jam-Type Spread.
