PC Blue Menu Tofu is made from the whole soy bean. Soy is the only complete-protein legume. It’s also low in saturated fat and an excellent source of protein which makes it a great meat alternative.

Instructions

  1. Drain tofu and pat dry with paper towel. Using fingers, crumble tofu into bowl. Stir in romaine, tomatoes, croutons, dressing and cheese.
  2. Place about 3/4 cup (175 mL) on centre of each tortilla. Fold over right side of tortilla; fold bottom, then roll from bottom.

Chef's Tips

Substitute your favourite PC Blue Menu tortillas.

Instead of using filling in a wrap, place a scoop on top of greens for a salad.
