Our flame-broiled lean Italian Meatballs are fully cooked, and are great in place of the usual ground beef in taco shells. Let the kids assemble their own. Go ahead- it’s supposed to be messy!

24 PC Blue Menu Lean Italian Beef Meatballs
1 pkg (156 ) PC Taco Shells
2 cups (500 mL) shredded iceberg lettuce
1 cup (250 mL) PC Salsa - Mild
1 cup (250 mL) PC 1-Year Old Canadian White Cheddar Cheese shredded
1/2 cup no name Sour Cream

Instructions

  1. Place meatballs in microwave-safe dish. Microwave on HIGH for 2-1/2 to 3 minutes. Cut in half.
  2. Place each ingredient in its own small bowl or plate, or arrange all ingredients on one large platter.
  3. Each mini-chef makes tacos as they would like.
