1 box (200 g) PC Mini Chefs Cha-Cha-Cheesy Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
12 PC Blue Menu Lean Italian Beef Meatballs
1/4 cup (50 mL) PC Blue Menu Celeb Margarine - Original
1/4 cup (50 mL) 2% milk
1/2 cup (125 mL) no name Frozen Peas & Carrots, thawed


    1. In large saucepan of boiling water, cook macaroni from mac & cheese for 7 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until tender but firm. Meanwhile, in microwave-safe dish, microwave frozen meatballs on HIGH for 2 minutes or until heated through.
    2. Drain pasta. Return to pan. Off heat, add margarine, milk and contents of sauce packet. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Stir in meatballs and peas and carrots.



Chef's Tips

To thaw frozen peas and carrots quickly, place in colander under hot running tap water.
