4 bags PC Ginger Peach Herbal Tea
8 slices fresh ginger root (peel on)
1/2 cup (125 mL) loosely packed fresh mint leaves
1/3 cup (75 mL) granulated sugar
6 cups (1.5 L) water


  1. Place tea, ginger, mint and sugar in heatproof container. Bring water to a boil; pour over tea mixture. Allow tea to steep for 10 minutes.
  2. Strain into large serving pitcher. Chill for 3 hours or overnight. Serve in tall glasses over ice, garnished with additional mint if desired.

Chef's Tips

Reduce the amount of sugar if you prefer a less sweet iced tea.
