Ingredients

1 1/2 cup (375 mL) PC Sweet Basil Pasta Sauce
1 pkg (350 g) PC Splendido Ravioloni with Ricotta & Basil
1/2 cup (125 mL) shredded PC Splendido Part-skim Stretched Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup (250 mL) water

Instructions

  1. In large microwave-safe casserole dish, combine pasta sauce and water. With a fork, prick each ravioloni twice into filling. Add ravioloni to sauce mixture; stir to coat. Cover dish.
  2. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) for 7 minutes. Using oven mitts, remove dish from microwave. Stir, recover and microwave on MEDIUM (50%) for 7 to 9 minutes or until ravioloni are tender.
  3. Divide among four bowls. Sprinkle each serving with some cheese.
