| 1/2 cup (125 mL) | PC Old Fashioned Butterscotch Ice Cream and Dessert Topping |
In blender, puree coffee, ice, ice cream and butterscotch topping until smooth, about 1 minute. Divide among four glasses. Top with dollop of whipped cream and drizzle of additional butterscotch topping, if desired.
