This is an incredibly impressive yet easy dessert to serve to a crowd. Make it the centrepiece of your holiday dessert table.

1 box (625 g) PC Profiteroles
½ cup (125 mL) PC Dulce de Leche Caramel Creme Spread
2 tbsp (25 mL) icing sugar


1. Thaw box of profiteroles at room temperature for 15 minutes.
2. For the first layer, on a plate make a circle of 9 profiteroles, dipping bottom of each one in some of dulce de leche to “glue” them to the plate. Place 5 dipped profiteroles on the inside of the circle, and then one more at the very centre. For the second layer, place 9 dipped profiteroles in a smaller circle on top of the first layer; place 3 in the centre. For the third layer, use 7 dipped profiteroles for the circle and 1 for the centre. For the fourth layer, use 6 dipped profiteroles for the circle and 1 for the centre. For the final layer, use 4 dipped profiteroles for the circle; place 1 on top.
3. Sift icing sugar over croquembouche and serve.
