This makes a great breakfast time treat for kids who’ve been extra-specially cooperative! A sprinkling of chocolate chips gets anyone’s day off to a good start, without adding that much fat. Substitute your favourite yogurt flavour.

1/2 cup (125 mL) PC Blue Menu Finesse 0% Vanilla
1/2 cup (125 mL) PC Blue Menu Fibre Plus Bran Flakes Whole Grain Cereal
12 fresh raspberries
2 tbsp (25 mL) semi-sweet chocolate chips


  1. Peel banana and slice in half lengthwise; place each half on a plate or shallow bowl. Top each half with yogurt, cereal, raspberries and chocolate chips, dividing evenly.
