1/2 cup (125 mL) PC Organics Quick Oats
1/4 cup (50 mL) organic natural almonds, chopped
2 tbsp (25 mL) organic whole flaxseeds
1/2 cup (125 mL) PC Organics Orange Juice - Pulp Free
1 PC Organics pear or apple (peel on), cut in bite-sized pieces
1/3 cup (75 mL) organic plain yogurt


  1. In bowl, combine oats, almonds and flax seed. (Make ahead: Can be stored in refrigerator in airtight container for up to 1 month.) 
  2. Half an hour before serving, stir in orange juice; cover and refrigerate. 
  3. Just before serving, stir in pear or apple and yogurt. Serve with maple syrup, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
