2 PC Mint Refresher Herbal Tea
6 cups (1.5 L) ice cubes
4 sprigs PC Fresh Mint
8 thin crosswise slices English cucumber (skin on)


  1. Place tea bags in large glass measuring cup. Pour 2 cups (500 mL) boiling water over tea bags. Let stand 4 to 5 minutes. Meanwhile, place ice cubes in large pitcher.
  2. Remove tea bags. Pour hot tea over ice cubes; stir. Gently rub mint between fingertips to release its flavour. Stir mint and cucumber into pitcher. Serve immediately.
